Recalled Colorado State Senate President John Morse and gun rights advocate Will Cain join S.E. Cupp and Van Jones in the Crossfire at 6:30pm ET to debate gun laws.
How many times has anyone reacted first and thought later, and later regretted what their actions were? If we were to grab our gun in a situation like that, how many people would we kill before we realized what we were doing? 5 from a 5 round magazine, or 30 from a 30 round magazine?

The 2nd Ammendment is obsolete and should be repealed. We haven't had militias since the Spanish-American War. Natnl Guard troops are supplied weapons, they don't have to buy their own. Even if we keep it, the 2nd Ammendment refers to a well-regulated militia, which gives state and local government the right to regulate firearms. Perhaps the framers realized that weapons technology would extend beyond single-shot flintlocks and gave us the means to regulate whatever comes down the pike.
Crossfire hosted by Newt Gingrich, Stephanie Cutter, SE Cupp, and Van Jones will debut Monday Sept 9th at 6:30 pm ET.
The classic debate program will resemble the show's original format with passionate conversation and focus on topical events on the day. The daily, 30-minute program will feature two hosts and guests each night, discussing a range of issues from all sides of the political and cultural spectrum. In addition to the weekday show the Crossfire co-hosts will appear across the network's programming.
